Take measurements while wearing a thin bra with soft cups or bra without foam cups/inserts.

Bras

1. Underbust Girth

Take measurement directly under-bust tightly but without strong tension. Make sure themeasuring tape is parallel to the floor.

2. Bust Girth

Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area. Make sure themeasuring tape is parallel to the floor.

Homewear

1. Bust Girth

Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area.

2. Waist Circumference

Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (as a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. Types of body shapes are different, so you can determine the waist line in another way: it will be at the level of the elbow of the bent arm.

3. Hip Circumference

Stand with your hips together and measure the fullest part of your hips, make sure themeasuring tape is parallel to the floor. It is recommended that you do it in front of a mirror.
